All bookings must be made via online system, we do not accept bookings by email, telephone or social media. Full payment must be made at time of booking.

Each cabin facilitates two adults only. No additional guests will be permitted to stay overnight. Each cabin is designed to accommodate two adults. Due to cabin capacity and for safety reasons, we do not recommend children/babies staying on site. If children/babies are on site, they should never be left unattended. Parents/Caregivers must accept full responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of children/babies on site.

As we are located on a working farm, pets are not permitted to stay at Crockanboy Cabins.

Check in time is strictly from 3pm and check out time is strictly 11am. Late check out is not available.

Cancellation is available up until 1 week before check in date – full refund will be issued minus £10 cancellation fee.

Crockanboy Cabins has the right to cancel or amend your booking. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund all money paid to us.

Crockanboy Cabins will not hold any responsibility for guests who are unable to attend due to extreme weather (snow or high winds) or traffic conditions. Guests will be liable for the full cost of their stay and an alternative date will not be offered. Holiday/travel insurance is recommended to cover such circumstances. If Crockanboy Cabins make the decision to cancel your stay for safety reasons due to extreme weather, we will offer you an alternative date subject to availability or a refund.

Guests are permitted to amend booking date (subject to availability) up until a week before check in date.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

It is important that all guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay at Crockanboy Cabins, to avoid disturbing fellow guests, there will be a no noise policy operating from 11pm.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Cabins. This includes the smoking of e-cigarettes.

Due to fire risk, the use of candles, tea lights and charcoal BBQ’s are not permitted at Crockanboy Cabins. The use of fireworks, sparklers and Chinese lanterns is not permitted on site. No other fires are to be lit on the premises.

Guests are requested to lock the doors of the cabin when going out or going to bed.

Crockanboy Cabins reserve the right to ask any guests presenting unacceptable or anti-social behaviour to leave the premises. Reimbursement of booking will not be made.

Please refrain from tampering with the gas boiler, alarms or fire equipment.

Please do not remove, damage or destroy any property at Crockanboy Cabins. If any damages are found after check out, we may charge you for any or all of the costs incurred on us to put the cabin back to its original state.

Please do not use any of the technology provided by us to download or access any unlawful or obscene material.

Local government rules and regulations are to be adhered to while on the premises of Crockanboy Cabins at all times, including no use of illegal drugs, gambling, weapons, or having any hazardous or flammable liquids/objects on the premises.

Crockanboy Cabins will not take responsibility for loss or damage to personal property and or personal injury to guests during their stay.

All of the above terms and conditions apply to all guests/members who are staying at Crockanboy Cabins.
